VINYASA
Vinyasa classes are a dynamic blend of Yoga styles that build heat and stamina through synchronizing the breath with a flowing sequence of postures. Strength, balance, flexibility and endurance will be developed, as well as, clarity, and a calm mind. With regular practice, Vinyasa Yoga will help to detoxify, heal and relax the body and mind, and bring new vitality and awareness to the practitioner.
All Levels Class ~ Everyone is welcome! This class has a slower paced ‘flow” with time to demonstrate postures and focus on breath and alignment and provides enough instruction to cultivate active beginners while offering options to challenge more advanced practitioners.
Beginner/Gentle ~ This class is designed to stretch and strengthen the body, connect you to your breath, and center your focus. This class is for newer students, students with injuries and seasoned practitioners who want to focus on technique.
Moderate ~ A dynamic and lively class where students move through graceful poses, flowing and challenging both body and mind. Using sequenced poses with attention to the breath, students will increase their strength, balance and flexibility. Suitable for most – as there is a level of each posture appropriate for every practitioner.
Vigorous/Power ~ A fun and playful class for those who are familiar with the basic yoga poses and who want to move! This is a fast paced flowing class for students who are ready to take their Yoga practice to the next level. Expect to sweat and leave totally relaxed and smiling!
